You can have four or even five antispyware program without conflict to your system. Just make sure that you have the resources, RAM & CPU. I run four myself.
You can only have one antivirus or you will have serious conflict with your system. Same for firewall, only one.

Don’t worry. I have SpyBot And Windows deffender. although I scan my laptop every 5 days using Spybot S & D.
It is fine to have more than one. I recommend it as well!
Just remember never to use more than one antivirus or firewall.

totally fine. i have lavasoft adaware, spybot search and destroy, ms defender. no problem and it helps.

It’s not only OKAY but probably a very good idea as different spyware programs will miss/find infections that other ones miss so the more the merrier!
