If someone looked at pornography in sandboxie would they still be at risk for malware?

My cousin keeps getting viruses and I am tired of cleaning his computer up when he screws it up. If I installed sanboxie and he ran the internet in the sandbox would he still be at risk for malware.

My anti virus(Norton 360) detected it i think it was called msa.exe and removed it but then i accidentally clicked on “restore” and then my system kept on flickering on and off.then this blue screen came up and deleted the virus. IS IT A SYSTEM ERROR OR IS IT MALWARE?

I am being blocked by the popups of Malware asking me to buy it that I have virus on the computer. It is blocking the internet activity by freezing it, as well as blocking my Mcafee. My little computer is relatively new and it has no CD rom. I have to redownload the Mcafee from it’s site but Malware has blocked the antivirus programs. Any ideas?
