I was wondering if there was any way to keep my computer safe from viruses and any other bugs. I’ve scanned my computer for viruses every week since I’ve gotten it and it hasn’t found any. But a few minutes ago a blue screen came up and said something like windows has detected an error and is restarting. Why did my computer say that?? What could have caused it to do that??

I have Trend Micro Titanium and it won’t open so I don’t think it is working on my computer at all. I don’t know if it is possible, but it seems my Wifi connection has been hacked. Every time anyone in my house use Wifi, whether it’s on the computer, PS3 or iPod touch, there are lots of pop-up pages and one always says “google analysis” and on the computers the malware keeps poping up.
Also, how do I get my antivirus program to work?
