if a computer virus, say one you might get through e-mail got onto your computer and after taking effect, wont let you run a proccess for more than a minute or two, how can you get rid of it and what do you have to do? thank you. a defanite 10points for best answer.

When I run spybot: search and destroy, it finds these three threats:
trojan-downloader-zlob
virusburst fakealert
180search assistant/zango
When I boot up my coputer, there is this little “alert” with a flashing red circle with a line through it and a question mark ina circle. I know that it is fake because when I calick on it, it sends my to the SpywareLocked download site. Every once in a while, a system alert bubble will pop up also. I was wondering if anyone knows particularly how to get rid of these three nuisances? Thanks in advance.
What piece of Malware isn’t all 3 of these programs picking up?

My mum’s Neopet’s account got ‘hacked’ and all 3 of the computer’s on the network are negative for anything with the programs Avast! (full system scan) MalwareByte’s Anti-Malware (full scan) and Spybot search&destroy. These all came back negative but there must be something as I can’t see why anyone would try and literally hack Neopets when there are better targets. Any help would be much appreciated thanks.
is there any TRULY free antivirus and adware removal programs?

I’ve looked around and everytime i want to download one, it tells me that it costs money, and if i don’t want to buy it, i could get it for free (but then i have to spend money on one of their offers to get it for free, and those are more expensive than the product themselves). So it’s NOT free! Is there any TRULY 100% free programs out there?
