How can Trend Micro not be able to clean or remove the Spyware but Super Anti Spyware Free Edition did?

My Trend Micro poped up saying it has 3 infections with spyware and I will have to delete the file myself. Today I downloaded and ran Anti Spyware 3 times and it delete it. How come Trend Mirco Didn’t?

How do I remove Malware from acer one (little computer without the CD ROM)?

I am being blocked by the popups of Malware asking me to buy it that I have virus on the computer. It is blocking the internet activity by freezing it, as well as blocking my Mcafee. My little computer is relatively new and it has no CD rom. I have to redownload the Mcafee from it’s site but Malware has blocked the antivirus programs. Any ideas?
