Cyber attacks on South Korea-US a test run, says McAfee

It’s one of those viruses that says I have a virus (which causes me also to not be able to get online), yet when I run my regular spyware (Anti Virus software) it says my computer is both up to date and there are no viruses or any other problems, but the fact it says I have a virus, is a virus in itself. How do I get rid of this quickly? Thank you
