How do I run a malware scan in regular mode?

I have malware viruses on my computer and can only run a scan in safe mode which removes the viruses but when I turn my computer back on in regular the viruses are still there. I can not run the scan in regular mode and these viruses will not allow me to open any program on my computer… how do I run the scan in regular mode and get my computer and programs back?

(can cause GREAT harm!) But this is trying to tell you, you have ALL of these on your pc and you MUST download A.Ware to get rid of it. WRONG; your antivirus does not stop working and you need to download anything… then there`s the fact that window it opened up wasn`t even in `My Computer` and THEN there`s the fact it does not bring up the user`s name of the pc that it`s showing you… Whoever created this scam is an EPIC FAIL to society. Just putting that out there! (and sorry for the music change already… it was supposed to be 3 days grace but they won`t listen to the fair use fact…)
