My computer has this virus on it that keeps coming up when i am on the internet.It pops up and it says on top Internet Explorer.And then it says Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close.And then it has the 2 options as “Send Error Report” or “Dont Send”.We usually click dont send and then it exits out of all the sites that we had on the screen at the time.How do we get rid of it????Please help!

I keep getting this pop up window called “msiexec.exe”. I’m not really good with computer Technology, and therefore don’t know if this is good or bad. I’m going to guess it’s something bad.I’ve had virus’s on my computer 2 times in the past but i just took it to my school’s IT lab and they cleaned it up and installed some spyware and protection and all that good stuff . So, what do I do with it?
How do I clean my computer of this really bad spyware?

I think I have a spyware thing on my computer, when I go to search engines (on IE and Mozilla) the results seem accurate, but when you click on the results they go to some random ad sort of website. I’ve also downloaded Malwarebytes and Spyware Doctor and neither of them are even opening. I have no idea how to fix my computer!!!
How should i deal with this Computer virus?
